How I Work
I'm not an agency
Although I do have help I leverage as needs arise—I may introduce you to subject matter experts in particularly complex areas, typically around data science—it's me doing the work. No handoffs to subcontractors.
I'm practical
I believe the best example for your team is a working prototype, not a 40 page document that people will just send to AI to summarize. In the ever-daily-changing world of AI, what worked last week might no longer be the best fit for today. We have to build quick iterations to prove it out. Luckily with AI this takes PoCs from months to weeks or even days.
I stay as long as I'm useful
Some engagements are a two week design session or deep dive. Some are ongoing monthly retainers where I'm in your Slack and helping provide guidance and feedback. We figure out the right shape together.
